Brighton Surgery Center (BSC) and Westside Anesthesia Associates of Rochester (WARR) both accept Assignment of Benefits from all of our patients. When the patient or guarantor signs BSC's Financial Agreement form, they will be giving WARR authorization to bill their insurance company as well. Regardless of whether BSC and WARR participates with the patient's insurance, the patient will only be responsible for their co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible based on their individual insurance plan. If you have insurance that BSC/WARR is not contactracted with, or is out of network, it is still possible to have your procedure performed at the center with a pre-authorization. If you do not see your insurance listed below please contact BSC Patient Accounts at the number provided below. There are a large number of insurances not listed including many Motor Vehicle Accident and Workers' Compensation carriers. Please be aware that depending upon your insurance coverage, there may be charges from BSC, your surgeon and the anesthesia provider. Lastly, you can contact your insurance provider directly to verify outpatient ambulatory facility and anesthesia benefits coverage and find out what your financial responsibility is for whatever procedure you are having performed.
